On April 14, the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art hosted a lecture and an artist talk with Honored Artist Vugar Ali as part of the “Lecture in the Museum” project, dedicated to his exhibition “On the Wings of Time. Vugar Ali.”

The lecture was delivered by art historian and Head of Innovation Department of the museum Mehbara Abbasova.

During the meeting, the ideological and artistic features of the artist’s work, the contemporary interpretation of national ornaments in his pieces, and his color solutions were thoroughly analyzed.

Held in a discussion format, the event allowed participants to address their questions directly to the artist. This dynamic exchange created an opportunity for guests to gain a deeper understanding of the artist’s creative world.

At the end of the event, guests explored the exhibition, gaining the opportunity to view the artworks up close.
