ANMA Children's Museum

Discover an exciting world where art, history, and science come to life! Our special events at the museum are designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in young visitors. Through engaging and playful activities, children gain new knowledge and enhance their creative skills. They will experience the joy of learning in a vibrant museum atmosphere, featuring unique holiday programs, interactive excursions, art therapy, inclusive master classes for children with special needs, and fun screenings of cartoons and movies.

Join us for the “History of Art for Children” project every Saturday and Sunday, where your child can participate in lectures, thematic excursions, master classes, quizzes, and thrilling quest games centred on different periods of Azerbaijani and world art. These programs are available in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English and are held at 11:00 and 14:00 in our special children's zone.

Each Saturday and Sunday at 17:00, the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art hosts screenings of films about outstanding artists from various fields of fine arts and culture as part of the "Cinema in the Museum" project. The museum houses a rich collection of works by Azerbaijani and world artists who have lived and worked across different eras. The films presented are related to this collection, providing audiences with insights into the inner worlds of the featured artists through thematic excursions.

The "Music in the Museum" project at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art occurs every Wednesday, showcasing national, classical, and contemporary musical works. The Azerbaijan National Museum of Art offers an enriching opportunity to delve into various fields of art, history, and culture through lectures held every fourth 

day of the week at 16:00. Led by experienced experts, these lectures provide a journey through time, allowing participants to fully appreciate the value, beauty, and uniqueness of important works of art. This project encourages dialogue with viewers, enhancing the museum collection and offering a chance for attendees to deepen their understanding of it. Audiences are invited to share their thoughts and discuss diverse perspectives. The lectures cater to different age groups and are both interesting and informative. To attend the lectures, please refer to the pre-announced program. We also welcome your suggestions for topics that interest you.
