On 12^th December, 2024 in the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art was held the lecture under the name “Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani painting”, devoted to the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev.

At the lecture, presented by the head of the exhibition and design department of the museum, art critic Asad Guliyev, was told about the care and attention of the great statesman, the architect of modern Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev to art and people of art, about the great events and projects he carried out in the field of culture, his friendly relations with artists and sculptors.

At the end of the lecture, a documentary film entitled “The Great Patron of Arts” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great leader was shown.

It should be noted that the project manager and a chief producer of the film, shot with the support of the Azerbaijani Diaspora Support Fund, is Namig Huseynov.
