On May 3, a meeting with representatives of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) was held at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art.

The meeting was attended by ICOM Vice-President Nasir Aldarmaki, Chair of the ICOM Nepal National Committee Ramesh Prasad Duwadi, as well as other international and local ICOM members.

As part of a museum tour, the guests explored the exhibitions “Treasury of Azerbaijani Art,” “Azerbaijani Painting and Graphics of the 1920s–1980s,” as well as displays featuring Western European, Russian, and Eastern art.

During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation in the development of inter-museum relations, as well as in the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage, were discussed.
