On May 12, an instrumental chamber concert dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art. The concert was jointly organized by the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts and the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art.

The musical program, performed by recipients of the “Heydar Aliyev Scholarship,” offered the audience an opportunity to experience the refined harmony of classical chamber music and the professional performance skills of young musicians. The concert featured Huseyn Nagiyev (kamancha, Azerbaijan National Conservatory), Hamaya Bakhshiyeva (piano, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts), and Kanan Mammadzadeh (violin, Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli).

The performers presented musical pieces beloved by National Leader Heydar Aliyev, along with works by prominent representatives of the Azerbaijani school of composition.

Organized within the framework of a project initiated by a student of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, the concert brought together, for the first time, Heydar Aliyev Scholarship recipients representing various higher music education institutions on the same stage.

The concert was met with great interest and enthusiastic applause from the audience.
