On February 7, the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art hosted a concert program titled "Classical Music Time" as part of the "Music at the Museum" project, dedicated to February 2 — Azerbaijan Youth Day.

On February 7, the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art hosted a concert program titled "Classical Music Time" as part of the "Music at the Museum" project, dedicated to February 2 — Azerbaijan Youth Day.

The event’s host and curator was Alena Inyakina, PhD in Art History and senior lecturer at the Uzeyir Hajibeyli Baku Music Academy (BMA).

The concert program featured vocal and instrumental works by A. Dargomyzhsky, P. Tchaikovsky, J. Massenet, F. P. Tosti, E. Grieg, G. Puccini, S. Rachmaninoff, U. Hajibeyli, F. Amirov, and M. Magomayev, as well as "Sari Gelin," one of the gems of Azerbaijani folk music.

World opera and instrumental classics, along with beloved romances and songs, were performed by Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan Anton Ferstandt, soloist of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater Yuliya Heydarova, BMA accompanist Dilara Karimova, artist of the Gara Garayev Azerbaijan State Chamber Orchestra Leyla Karimova, artists of the Azerbaijan State Choral Chapel Kamilla Imanova, Farhad Alakbarov, and Elyar Aliyev, student of the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory Teymur Kazimov, as well as BMA students Nazrin Gulamova and Zayn Jafarov (from the class of BMA professor and Honored Artist of Azerbaijan T. Babayeva).

The professionally presented concert program was received with great enthusiasm by the audience and accompanied by loud applause.
