"My Azerbaijan" concert – The Vibrant Sounds of Classical Music on One Stage!
On May 27, the "My Azerbaijan" concert, dedicated to May 28 — Independence Day, was held at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art. The event featured students of Professor Farida Ahmadbayova, a Candidate of Art Studies and professor at the Chamber Ensemble Department of the Uzeyir Hajibeyli Baku Music Academy.
Honored teacher, PhD in Art Studies, Professor Maleyka Ahadzade (violin), and Professor Farida Ahmadbeyova (piano) performed at the concert. The musical program included performances by Leyla Salamova, Gamar Mehdiyeva, Fidan Quluzade, Nazrin Ghulamova, Aybaniz Hasan, Zarifa Hasilova, Asmar Alkhazova, Ozjan Jabbari, Sabina Hasanzade, Jahan Hajikhanli, Narmin Gunashova, Islam Ahmadbayov, and Gunel Hajiyeva.
The concert program featured works by Austrian Classical composer Joseph Haydn, French and Norwegian Romantic composers Gabriel Fauré and Edvard Grieg, French Impressionist composer Maurice Ravel, as well as renowned Azerbaijani composers Gara Garayev, Arif Malikov, and Rauf Hajiyev.
