The Azerbaijan National Museum of Art once again invites children to spend their free time productively by joining the “Art History for Children” program, held every Saturday and Sunday.
Traditionally, the first program is dedicated to one of the richest civilizations of the ancient world — Ancient Egyptian art. During the program, children will learn about the history of Egyptian art, its majestic pyramids, sculptures and frescoes, clothing culture, music and theatre, as well as the inventions contributed by the Egyptians to world history and the mysterious world of the pharaohs.
This will be followed by an interactive guided tour based on the museum’s exhibits related to the topic.
Afterwards, children will take part in a workshop, where they will create famous symbolic examples of Ancient Egyptian art with their own hands.
Dear children, the museum is a unique place to expand your knowledge while enjoying meaningful leisure time.
Please note that the programs are conducted in Azerbaijani and Russian. The program takes place every weekend at 11:00 a.m.
To participate, prior registration is required. Please contact us at
