Regulations for Professional Photoshoots

Regulations for Professional Photoshoots at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, effective from December 2023:

I. Professional photoshoots must be conducted without flash. LED lighting below 150 lux may be used, or the shoot should be done using natural daylight.
Photoshoots are only allowed in the following designated areas: 

1) Indoor patio-style Winter Garden of the museum
2) Foyer on the first floor of the De Burun Mansion
3) Main guest staircase of the De Burun Mansion
4) Main foyer on the second floor of the De Burun Mansion
5) Italian Music Hall of the De Burun Mansion
6) Islamic Hall designed in Eastern style 

II. Participants in the photoshoot must arrive fully prepared. There are no designated rooms in the museum for services such as makeup, outfit changes, etc.
Additionally, no more than 5 people are allowed in the photoshoot area at one time.

III. Schedule: Only on Mondays
From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

IV. Fees:
For individual shoots such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, etc.:
1 hour – 170 AZN
1.5 hours – 250 AZN
2 hours – 340 AZN 

For commercial individual shoots, portfolios, advertisements, video clips, etc.:
1 hour – 300 AZN
1.5 hours – 450 AZN
2 hours – 600 AZN
