Binafsha Nodir, Doctor of Philosophy in Art Studies, delivered a lecture titled “Topography of Tradition: Local Identity of Uzbek Embroidery – History, Schools, Patterns, and Meanings,” providing insight into the historical development of this ancient art form, its regional characteristics, and the symbolic meanings of its ornaments.

The event was met with great interest by the participants, who gained detailed knowledge about the rich artistic heritage of Uzbek embroidery and the role of regional traditions in its formation.
