Azerbaijan National Museum of Art participated in the IV Global Experts Workshop of the Asia Culture Center

From November 26 to 30, 2024, the Head of the International Relations Department of the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, Rema Zeynalova, and the museum’s researcher, Sevil Karimova, participated in the IV Global Experts Workshop organized by the Asia Culture Center in Gwangju, South Korea.

The workshop focused on the convergence of media art and the integration of digital technologies in the cultural and museum sectors. The program included lectures and case studies on innovative projects, showcasing best practices in the field. Participants also explored prominent exhibitions, including the Gwangju Biennale, the ARTE Museum in Busan, as well as the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and the Leeum Museum of Art in Seoul.

Representatives of the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art actively contributed by sharing details about the museum’s digital initiatives and engaging in discussions with other participants to explore opportunities for future collaborations.
