From December 5 to 11, the OIC Culture Festival: Baku Creative Week — 2025 was held in the capital city of Baku, jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), with the partnership of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The festival brought together culture ministers from various countries, official representatives of international organizations and the diplomatic corps in Azerbaijan, members of parliament, prominent cultural figures, and representatives of the creative industries.

The Azerbaijan National Museum of Art participated in the festival exhibition dedicated to culture and the creative industries. At the museum’s stand in the “Cultural Village” zone, artworks professionally created by local artists inspired by the museum’s rich collection were showcased, including books and other printed materials.

A particularly notable moment of the event was the public presentation of the newly published, elegantly designed book “Mirza Gadim Iravani: At the Crossroads of Time”, released in honor of the artist’s 200th anniversary.
