On December 1, 2024, the conference "Assessment of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 29)" was held, organized by the World Knowledge Platform of the German media organization Begegnungsstube and dedicated to the memory of Azerbaijani martyrs. More than 90 people took part in the conference, which was held online. A number of deputies, heads of cultural centers and representatives of martyrs`families also took part in the conference, where was discussed the impact of COP29 on the culture of our country. Participating in the conference, the director of the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, PhD in Art History Shirin Melikova gave a presentation on a number of projects and events organized at the museum during COP29, and also gave the participants extensive information about the tree planting action, in which the museum staff actively participated.
