On February 13, initiated by the USG Early Intervention Center, a visit to the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art was organized as part of the "Art History for Children" project.

Participants explored the permanent exhibitions showcasing unique masterpieces of Azerbaijani and world art. Through these displays, visitors had the opportunity to discover a rich artistic heritage spanning various periods and styles, allowing them to evaluate different cultures comparatively.

Following the tour, they participated in an educational program titled "The Art of Ancient Greece." The lecture provided detailed information on the stages of emergence and development of Ancient Greek art, traditions of sculpture and architecture, the temple-rich city of Athens, the magnificent monument of the Acropolis — the Parthenon, the ancient Olympic Games, Greek gods, and ancient heroes.

Later, the guests took a closer look at the ancient Greek artifacts displayed in the museum's collection. As part of the program, participants also watched a shadow theater performance dedicated to Ancient Greek art.

During the masterclass, participants crafted a model of an amphora — one of the gems of ancient Greek ceramics — and a laurel wreath, the symbol of victory. The program, rich in educational and creative activities, not only increased the participants' interest in world art history but also contributed to the formation of their aesthetic taste.
