As part of the “Art History for Children” project, this week our young art lovers will embark on a cultural journey to Turkey. Through the program, our little friends will explore the rich and colorful world of Turkish art. They will discover magnificent architectural monuments, ornamented ceramic works, and the silent fairy tales of miniature painting.
Traditional clothing, customs of ancient Anatolia, and the unique flavors of Turkish cuisine will add a special touch to the program. The ancient and modern atmosphere of this unique culture will take them on a true artistic adventure.
During the thematic and interactive tour, our young guests will learn about the exhibits in our collection that reflect Turkish art. One of the most exciting parts of the program is the master class, where children will learn to create symbolic motifs from Ottoman and Anatolian culture.
Please note that the programs are held in Azerbaijani and Russian. You can join the program on weekends at 11:00 AM. To participate, please register in advance by calling (012) 492 07 07 or (051) 580 85 21.
